I pay alot of money to live here, well, my girlfriend pays most of it because I'm on minimum wage, but I'm not aloud to smoke!?
You can't stop me from lighting up in the corridoor and nipping out the apartment block door to smoke though, can you? Ha ha, I win...sort of.
